As a 25 year investor-broker, there is little my team and I have not seen or done. Anyone who has been on the planet the last several years knows what I mean. While the mechanics have completely changed, the basics remain. What mean is that while financing and underwriting have changed, giving people what they want or need has not. We have always successfully operated by offering value and expertise.

This site acts as a jumping off point to some of my other websites. They are filled with FREE or very reasonably priced content. My hope is to offer tools and resources for all participants in the Real Estate industry. The most recent effort is the hardcover book, “Saved by the Short Sale”.
